Having some issues (1.wifi 2. screen/display) and was wondering if anyone has kept up their knowledge on these things.

It might be helpful if you share a few details as to the nature of the problems, in case someone needs to do some research.

We as a company have 5 of these HP hx2495b's. Their main use is for a 3rd party software program that we use for the service end of our business.

Lets start with the display, up until about 2 weeks ago this unit worked fine. It sat idle for for this time and the battery died. It was put back in the cradle to recharge the battery. The time and date were reset. As soon as I remove the unit from the cradle the display goes blank. Neither tapping the screen nor pressing any of buttons gets the display to resume. After the unit is placed in the cradle again and i press one of the buttons the display will come back on. Both the batteries (main and backup) show fully charged. Tried a soft reset as well as removing the battery.

Now the wifi. We have one unit that we web sync with. I am trying to get the other units setup to web sync as well. I have entered the network key and it starts to connect. On the status screen it shows that it is alternating between connected and disconnected, but shows the the ip address is 0.0.0.0 and not our ip address. how do i get it to recognize our ip address?
