Bluetooth ActiveSync crippled in ActiveSync 3.7??
I need a couple people to confirm this, but I think Bluetooth ActiveSync is crippled in version 3.7. I can't seem to do any file transfers from desktop/to device, nor any software installations.
I downgraded back to ActiveSync 3.5 and both work well.
Is anyone else having trouble with Bluetooth ActiveSync in version 3.7?

I'm running ROM v1.10. Please post your Pocket PC type and maybe even the ROM version with your successes or failures when you reply.
Thanks for the heads-up 24ya.

Come to think of it, I've been having problems with BT activstinking lately. It's around the same time rom 1.10 and activestink 3.7 came out. I'll have to downgrade to 3.6 and see what's up. Thank for the heads up, oh BTW I also have a 5450.

Activesync v3.7
HP5450 Rom 1.10
Bluetooth Sync = OK (never had a problem)
Activesync v3.7
HP5450 Rom 1.11.19
Bluetooth Sync = NO CHANCE
I have tried everything to try and get activesync (via bluetooth) working since the rom upgrade (worked fine before) to no avail.
If you crack this, please let me know.
I have even reinstalled an o/s (on the pc) and reinstalled as3.7 and still can't get it to work.
Help !
Thanks

I am sure it is an Activesync problem rather than bluetooth because all other bluetooth stuff works fine, but activesync and bluetooth combo doesn't work for me
Sorry for double post
Thanks for any help with this !

What hardware and software are you using on the PC?
What happens on your PC when you try to sync?
Do you have a firewall on your PC?
Have you set the firewall to show all alerts?

I can transfer files from my laptop to my HP and vice versa but I can't connect via ActiveSync. On my laptop the ActiveSync icon becomes green and is trying to connect but doesn't succeed. On my HP ActiveSync is also trying to connect.
Daniel
PS: I am using the new ROM version
