4150 doesn't recognize sd card

I have an Iraq h4150 and i am using a transcend 4gb sd card. It is not recognized at all. I know it works with my pocket pc tho. Before i had an exactly the same card but it started loosing the data so i bought a new one and it is not recognized. Same brand same everything. I know last time i had to format it in a special way to have it recognized but now i just can't figure it out. My dad's 2gb card works fine, and the 4gb card works in my dads 3955 perfectly fine but his is upgraded to WM2003se. There is not update for the 4150. I know there is a way to get it to work because i had it working before. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi - did you get this working? I have exactly the same problem, and I cannot get the PDA to recognise the card. What format does the card need to have?
