Where is the serial number?

    Question Where is the serial number?

    I'm trying to get help from HP's tech support on my HP4155. They're asking for my serial number. Where do I find it. They won't accept either of the two numbers printed on a sticker on the pack of the unit. Where do I find it?

    You can find your serial number by going to "SETTINGS" then press the "SYSTEM" tab. Next tap "ASSET VIEWER" and it's under IDENTITY.
