Default 4355 no longer working :(

In the last week or two, my 4355 has more or less become useless. After turning the unit on, taps on the screen either do nothing or have a very delayed effect. Until yesterday, that is. Now taps on the screen do nothing, though all of the buttons work.

Thinking I had a problem application or two installed, I performed a hard reset on it. Now it is sitting at the "Tap the screen to set up your Pocket PC" screen and despite me tapping it quite a few times, the taps are not being recognized.

Has anyone experienced this problem? If so, how did you fix it?

    Thanks.

    Default

Strangely enough, I got it working now. I hard reset it several times today, and tonight it was still at the 'tap screen' part after a reset. The taps weren't taking, so I did a soft reset for grins and giggles and it suddenly began working.

I guess I'll keep my eye on it for a while. I think I bought the extended warranty from Fry's which allows for one replacement (without repair, just straight replacement), so I will get ready and dig up my receipt and stuff just in case

*edit: Disregard this post. I woke up today and the screen is not responding again. Time to use the warranty
