    Default 3900/2003 - Resolving Attachments

I finally got my upgrade to 2003 working on my 3900. Everything works OK except for one problem. When I synch my Inbox, it will not resolve any kind of attachment. Any eMail with an attachment shows up as an unresolved item, and no matter what settings I change it will not resolve. If I uncheck the box to include attachments, it will synch. No matter what settings I change as to attachment size, whether the attachment is a doc file, excel file, jpeg, etc., it will not resolve it. I have done a hard reset and set everything up again but stil have the same problem.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Len

I am suffering with this on my 4155. My 2215 had no such problem (attachments synced fine).

    Activesync 3.7.1 and Outlook 2000.

    Have you contacted HP?

I have a 3955 that was upgraded to 2003 & I am not able to configure the connections to use my cell phone as a modem. I contacted support, but they say I need an IRDA phone or Bluetooth.
