Need help with a hard reset and restore....Please!!

I did a hard reset becuase of a program I installed that prevented me from using activesync.

the hard reset went fine.

Now I am doing a restore and the file is 17mgs and it took only about 5 min for it to get to 99% done...then it just stopped.
It has been sitting like that for about 15 min already.
Does it normally take this long? should i do a soft reset and try again?

Serial/USB backup's and restores can be painfully slow. I've noticed on my restores that it can sit on 99% for a very long time. Be patient. After 2 days, you might consider it hung! (Just kidding)
