    Default Superalert....anyone having this problem?

    Hi there,

Is anyone else using Superalert and not having their alarms go off? If I set anything in the alarm area of the 3835 everything is fine, it works.

But any alarms I have set in Agenda Fusion or PI don't go off.

    Anyone else had this problem??

    Thanks
    Thanos

    Hi Thanos

I assume you have version 1.1 of SuperAlert?

Many of PI and Agenda Fusions alarms use the standard notification procedures and work using the calendar or task alarms tabs in SuperAlert.

However some, for example PI AlarmNotes use their own alarm handling. For these you will need to use the setting on the Third-Party tab in SuperAlert.

    I hope this helps

I believe that I tried that.
I set the Calander Alarms at 'use system settings + repeat'
But it only goes off on the items that are in the normal calander....not anything that input into Agent Fusion or PI...

    ANy ideas??

    Thanks

Can you try enabling logging by tapping on the superalert logo at the bottom of the screen. This will create an salog.txt file in
my documents - it gets pretty big quickly. If you could send this to support@whittakermoore.com we should be able to see what is happening.

I suspect Agenda Fusion is doing something strange as we use PI and had no problems.
