my ipaq turns on byitself!

I still don't understand why my 3870 turns on by itself when it's on the cradle. I checked my alarms.. all off. What could it be? Thanks

On the PPC go to "Start -> ActiveSync -> Tools -> Options -> Schedule" and uncheck the top two items.

When you put it in the cradle, the default setup is to ActiveSync automatically -- is this what you are experiencing?

No... when i put it in the cradle... it turns on... I turn it off... then it turns on by itself about 5 min later. I think it is fixed now.. we'll see.. i have to wait 5 min..

Yea, I think when it is in the cradle, it is defaulted to keep an active connection while in the cradle (when you turn the iPAQ off, it terminates the connection with AS). That could be why it is turning on...
