Default outlook 2002 and new 3835 to sync...do ireally need to update to 2002

just got the 3835 and so far it seems good...getting to the point of installing ans sync..

instructions say pc must have at least a outlook 98 or 2000..my is 2000..they recomend installing the 2002 but when i try to the a screen pops up saying that there is a missing file ect #@#@#.ini

any ideas and do i really need to have 2002 over 2000 on outlook?

it says that this should be installed before monving on to installing sync 3.5

    i.

I had Outlook 2002 before I got the iPAQ, but if you are happy with 2000, then just stick with it. I dont mind having Outlook XP though... btw, great english there
