Email Management program and Recorder program

Does anyone know of a better way to manage email on the iPaq? I'm looking for a program that I could launch that would allow me to clearly see what emails I've sent, received, bla bla bla.

Also, I've been looking for a replacement program for the recorder. I've never liked how Win CE mixes voice recording in with notes. I prefer the programs separate. So does anyone know of a good program for this?

Any input would be great!
