CF Jacket just not working anymore :(

Hi,
i've got this very annoying and upsetting problem with my CF Jacket. It all seemed to work just fine before, but now, whenever i insert a CF card, the message "unrecognised card, contact the manufacturer....." appears, and the iPAQ just does not recognise the card at all.....

now the CF Jacket is pretty much a useless piece of plastic sitting in my drawer, pretty much like the basic style pack. I'm so lucky i didn't send it to be modified into the Silver Slider and then get this problem.

Does anyone have a solution to this? or is it just the death of the CF Jacket once this happens?

Hi,
Same thing happened to me. I called compact and they replaced it with a new one. I don't know why it did it for sure, and the guy at Compaq seemed to know just what I was talking about. Call them and see what they say.
