Wireless Web + Dialpad.com???

For those of you who have a wireless internet access on your IPAQ, have you ever tried to access Dialpad.com or any other internet sites that offer a free long distance phone call? I have used Dialpad.com website on my desktop to make a long distance phone calls. I wonder if I can make a long distance call via IPAQ with a wireless web service connection. If so, then I might as well replace my cellphone with a wireless service + my IPAQ. Please help. I also would appreciate if you can share the benefits of having a wireless internet service on your PDA. Thanks!

probably won't work since i think ppc's don't have ie java support...
