Looking for Landscape mode software for 31xx iPAQ
I have been Google-surfing for several months looking for a software solution to allow me to operate my iPAQ 3150 in landscape mode.
I have found JS Landscape for $9.99 at most of the online software resellers. I was about to purchase when I came across the WARNING that this application is for Color iPAQs only and will not work on the grey scale models.
I use alot of Excel applications and would enjoy the added horizontal screen size available in Landscape mode.
Does anyone know of any software for the Monochrome iPAQ that will allow me to run in Landscape?
Does anyone know what issues the JS Landscape my present if loaded on a mono-iPAQ?
I would prefer freeware (who wouldn't) but I did not think the $10 cost of JS was so bad.
Any help appreciated.

I use Nyditot ($19.95) with my 3150 and it works like a charm! I have had no issues with it and it works well with PocketTV.

Nyditot is really the only choice right now as JS Landscape doesn't work with the 3100 series. Though I don't use it, I hear Nyditot works beautifully.

i_am_cdn and JuryDuty
Thanks for the quick replies.
I do recall coming across that Nyditot software before. Sounds great. I will purchase once I get my iPAQ back from 64mb upgrade.
Thanks

Nyditot's software - particularly the new release (2.0) is v. good. I owned Landscape for my color and I prefer the former because of better compatibility with other software.
It is so cool to see your desktop at 480x360 and above when you use Virtual Display with the VNC terminal emulation software...

Yep Nyditot offers landscape, but webpages (generally) still will not fit properly on the screen, unless you reduce the font size -- and then the pages are hard to read.Originally posted by haiq

nyditot on 2200?
Wow, I haven't been on these forums in awhile. I own the 2200 and am a little nervous that its forum is being pushed into oblivion. I don't keep up with the latest and greatest -- no need to. My 2200 meets all my needs.
I'm interested in purchasing two items for my 2200:
Software that allows me to view landscape mode.
A keyboard
Can anyone recommend products?
Thank you!
BTW, any new models of the HP that rival the 2200?
