Another MIDI player
I got 'Pocket MIDI' to work on my Monpaq. It plays a little better than the Japanese version on Jury Duty's siite. I found it by clicking on the 'Boom Chick' link, but here's the URL:
http://www.cministries.com/software/...DI/default.asp
They recommend having alot of RAM if you want to listen to the most number of instruments. I was able to configure it so the program runs from the core RAM and the instrument patches are on my 32 MB compact flash card. (if you want, I'll upload the timidity.cfg file to make this work). Otherwise, good luck to all!Windows - Washington State Apples.

Is it possible that you, JD, could put 'new' tags on files that have been added to the list (maybe have them expire after a few weeks, or so). This way it gets easier to see what's changed on the list (if this is too much, I'm sure we can all 'muddle through', but it sure would be a help.)
Thanks for your 'labor of love!'

Gread 'Mattel' Electronics emulator can be found at:
http://www.peterhirschberg.com/handheld/ledhead/
(I spent many hours playing 'football' when I was a kid and begged for many batteries; unlike those days, I can play today with either the 'mute' on or my headphones and noone else is the wiser ;-) Screens are legible with my Monpaq, but it looks like (since the code is GPL) a simple recompile after 'greyscaling' the bitmaps and it would look even better in B&W, FYI.
Cheers,

FYI --
I emailed Pocket Informant about the free Today Tasks download from their site, and they told me it was no longer a supported download. This is the reason I began looking for a free task plugin.
They still show it, but you can't get it.

Well, I'm not sure. I still can't update my ROM and am having trouble adjusting the contrast but - Speed Reader Plus from mobiledynamo.com is a great program that runs, and works on my 3135 but I can't see everything. Still all the essentials, except the color bar, are clearly visible.
You too can read at 1000 wpm - check it out!psych1
