Is there a way to password protect...

...an excel file and modify it both on the PC and on the PocketPC? Whenever I modify the PC one it takes off the pocket PC's password, and if I put a password on it on the PC, it cannot convert it to the handheld. Please help!

PS- It is not necessary that it bee pasword protected on the desktop, just viewable. But every time I view it and it asks for the password to transfer it, it removes the password.

    Thanks!

Try using an encryption program like the included F-Secure.
