Mailed the box. Kind of worried because it's DHL.

What's wrong with DHL? I've never had a problem with them, and have found them to be quite fast. Now if it was Fedex ground, I could see...

The Dell I bought for my Son for Xmas came DHL. They were fine. I've never personally used them for domestic shipping, but used to use them all the time for international shipping and they were great.

Well actually it is how they label their boxes. Mine had a "EZ-Return Label" and was worried because when I took off the label it had everything right, but looked like it was missing something on the top of the label. The top had a blank rectangle about a inch in length and 3 inches in width.

I do have other issues with the iPod such as flickering screen and black discoloration. This iPod is manufactured on week 39 which is suppose to have a better screen then weeks 36-37 just peculiar. So I'm good I think...

Also, about the Apple store in Tysons, do you think I can just go there and replace it or do I have to send it?
I've had two iPods replaced. The first one was a 1 gen Nano. I took it to an Apple store & they replaced it right then & there. But that was a first gen when there were only 2 selections of size & color (IOW four combinations.)

The next one was a 2nd gen. More colors. That one had to be "sent in" but they received the replacement the next day. (I took it in on Sunday & replacement was in on Monday.)

Since I'm thinking this is your iTouch, they probably have them on hand, since they are all the same (IE no difference in colors or gigs & can swap them out quickly.)

As someone else mentioned, if you have access to an Apple store, make an apt online at the Genius Bar. You can make them a day or two ahead starting at ~12:01 a.m.

Regarding shippers...IME, it often depends upon your area. Personally, I really HATE USPS. And I love, love, LOVE the UPS & Fedex dudes. But in other areas, I know people say UPS sucks. IMO, it all depends upon the people working in your area.

    Good luck.

    Thanks for the input SR!

Could anyone tell me if when I use the "EZ Return Label" will it have the same tracking number? I checked the tracking number Apple sent me when sending the box but it doesn't show anything about the re-shipment yet.
