Palm IIIxe & Internet--more help, please

Ok...I just got my Palm modem in the mail. I downloaded the Eudora software that everyone was talking about.

I use Netzero for my desktop ISP, and would like to use it for the Palm. I've been getting the authentication failure notice.

Here's my settings on the Palm:

Connection method: Serial to modem
Dialing: TouchTone
Volume:Low

Speed: 57,600 bps
Flow Ctl: Automatic
Init String: AT&FX4

Network

Service: Netzero
User Name: demaje25@netzero.net

Connection type: PPP
Idle timeout: Power Off
Query DNS: (checked)
IP Address: (checked) automatic

Try demaje25 instead of demaje25@netzero.net for your username in Prefs/Network.

Thanks, Tom, but I already tried that. I think I'll try a different ISP, since I found a few websites that said that Netzero was difficult to do on the Palm OS.

P.S. If anyone knows a way to use Netzero on the Palm...please let me know, because Netzero is my first choice...thanks in advance for your reply!!!!
