    Default Clarification of "User Name" question

    I tried to change the user name on the Palm Desktop, but it reverts to the name I originally gave to the handheld. Is there a way to change the name on the actual handheld, rather than on the desktop?

    Well, if you've synced to your Palm desktop with the original name and then used the Rename command, it should have worked. If that really isn't working for you, you can try using ChangeName.
