Gps
Does anyone know if the i705 has a GPS provider available? It seems like all that is out there is the Magellan Companion for the 500 series. Thanks for your time...

You can connect the i705 with a serial cable (and null modem adapter) to almost any GPS that has serial output. This site has great info on Palms and GPS.
I have the Magellan Companion for the m500 series, though, and it works with the i705. You have to be careful with it because it doesn't snap into the GPS unit, so it's not very secure, but I've got it sitting in a bracket mounted in my car, and it's fine.Jennifer
