    Simple question How do you back up the contents of the mobile including all the information on the apps

    1. Certain information is always backed up to the Google Cloud if you have checked on the Google backup.

    2. There are also other cloud based back ups like Dropbox.

    3. Desktop sync like HTC Sync.

    4. There are numerous backup apps you can find in the Android Market for free.
