palmOne LifeDrive With Free Shipping

palmOne is doing a horrible job protecting the "secret" that is the LifeDrive. While we're under NDA and can't discuss what we know, palmOne is doing us no favors by posting the LifeDrive to their own site, promting a free shipping offer.

Here's a clip from their site, I'm assuming they'll take down this page later today:

The link to the product page doesn't actually work, it goes to the Tungsten E2 instead of the LifeDrive.

While we still can't discuss any details, this page leads me to speculate that a release of the LifeDrive would be very soon...

Sadly, the link that you posted there doesn't go to the lifedrive anymore. Palmone removed lifedrive from the site.

How could they make such a big mistake? Maybe they're just foreshadowing and making us think its the lifedrive when in essence it's something bigger and better!

My June PopSci mag arrived today. The PalmOne LifeDrive Mobile Manager has a one sentence disciption which is basically 4gigs, BT, WiFi, and 320x480 screen. -ash

So as I mentioned in a pervious thread to my colleague "AVistor" the Fermi competition concerning the LifeDrive needs to be put on hold......But I look forward to the open discussion as always....n/c
