HP PDA + Phone in One.

My wife and I would love to have one device.

Like to Have:
Big Screen like that of current iPaq.
Bluetooth, so II can use a hands free headset. No need to hold the device up to my head.
802.11b & 802.11g for network connection.
Microsoft Pocket Phone OS 2003

I like my iPaq, but would have to have bulky package to currently set this up. I was thinking of doing this but can't carry such a big device. I am currently using a iPaq 3655 with an 802.11b PCI card, and a Sony Ericsson T610 with Bluetooth. I love having hands free without any cables. This rocks.

I would love HP to bring out the device as I don't like the interface of devices like the Sony Ericsson P800. Please HP come to my rescue!
