SPH-i500
Brian,
Thanks for the tip. I've been watching for this phone for a long time. I agree its outdated as a PDA, but as a phone/PDA combo I think its awesome. I really want a small flip phone with a decent PIM that syncs to Outlook, and this fills the bill. At $600 I'll snap one up as soon as I find one, but they probably won't sell many at that price. The SGH-i500 really looks amazing, but the size/weight goes up some, and as you said it could be a long time before they are actually available. Samsung says this fall, which based on track record means maybe summer 2004!

I have a beta I500 It's a excellent phone. I would expect to see it out sometime in the near future. They fixed a lot of things I hated on the i330 and the I300 I previously owned. I have yet to see anyone else carrying one accept me. I like the small size. The Kyocera is quite a big larger than the i500. And if you are a current I330 or I300 user you should be very satisfy.
