Read an article somewhere else that says this might be LG's last chance. Said they lost a billion last year.

I can remember in the feature phone days LG's were everywhere.

Last chance overall, or in smartphones? I think their TVs do well, amongst lots of other stuff. Not sure about their financial health though.
