ITC Rules in Favor of Apple: The iPhone 5 Will Release Unimpeded (For Now) Discussion

On Friday, an ITC Judge ruled in favor of Apple, stating that the tech company did not violate some of Samsung's patents. Samsung's claim included a number of Apple's key products including the iPhone 5, but after the ruling, it appears this model is in the clear to release as scheduled.
