    In the very near future, Apple is going to ask a Federal judge for a restraining order to prevent the U.S. release of the Samsung Galaxy S III, on the grounds that this smartphone infringes on two of its patents.

    One judge has dismissed the Apple-Motorola trial and another judge has postponed the Galaxy Tab 10.1 injunction. It seems the court system is losing patience with the circus.

    Good. Attacking one device, or one manufacturer, could be justified as a patent issue; At this point Apple is just trolling trying to screw up all its competitors. I guess they view that as a better investment of their $100 billion dollars in cash than actually paying taxes.
