Re: HTC One X Review: AT&T's New Top Smartphone Discussion
After having handled a One X (the international version), I would say this is one of the best if not the best phone design I've seen for a long time. The only dislike is the glass being raised higher than the bezel, similar to the Lumias, which can expose the glass to scratches.
I like designs that minimize the bezel as much as possible, so much of the front is all screen. The screen has to have an edge to edge look, especially on the sides. It looks much more efficient, your actual phone size remains smaller even as the screen gets bigger. It also looks more dazzling, with less bezel that distracts from the screen.I am @guamguy on Twitter.

I'm just disappointed that Verizon has eschewed any version of the 'Ones,'; although the newest Droid might largely recapitulate it. What I'd really like is for Verizon to sell a version of the Sprint Evo 4G LTE.

Droid Incredible 4G seems like a "sub" One S. The screen is smaller than the One S and trades the One S metal-micro arc finish to that finish we are familiar with the Incredible and Incredible 2. My guess is that they're chasing after a more price sensitive market under the iPhone niche. It seems to me that Verizon can only absorb a certain number of flagship phones.

Too bad, it leaves them without a top-tier HTC phone, which they probably should offer. And as I wrote, 'largely recapitulates.'

I like the One X design very much. I am thinking if I can find one with a decent price in the future, not urgent or soon, but down the line, I like to keep one for my collection.
