    Arrow Jawbone ERA Review Discussion

At $130, the Jawbone ERA is in the high-end of Bluetooth headsets for use with the iPhone and other Bluetooth-enabled phones and computers. You can find wireless headsets starting at under $20. But if you rely on one, and wear and use it a lot, especially outside your office, you may find the usability and feature set well worth the price.

The Jawbone ERA, for example, has wideband-quality sound (great for music listening), along with some audio UI capabilities, and even an accelerometer (no in-ear apps for it yet, though).

I like that BH is moving into reviews of accessories (I haven't noticed them before, so if this isn't new, sorry).

Sounds like a nice device. I remember when Pogue reviewed how Jawbone was going to go big into 'apps' for headsets. I haven't heard much since, and it doesn't seem like they've come up with that many more than what I read about then. Still, it's nice to have the flexibility.

I do wish more makers offered a two-ear option like my Plantronics has. It makes listening to music or video that much nicer.

Yes, I agree, good move by BH if they start reviewing accessories !

As much as wire's are annoying, they can be routed in areas where they don't tangle as much, don't have to be charged, don't degrade quality and add noise, and in "in ears" case, are tiny.
I realize that I'm not everyone, but, to me the downsides outweigh the one upside of the lack of wires.

    Enjoyed the review nonetheless

Once upon a time, WAAAAAY back in the day (even before the BargainPDA/Brighthand deal) it was common, but hasn't been so in awhile. I'm glad to see a return to it as well.
