Motorola Droid Pro and Droid 2 Global No Longer Available from Best Buy Discussion
Best Buy, one of the largest independent sellers of mobile phones in the U.S., is no longer offering two of Verizon's most recent models. This is reportedly a result of a disagreement between the retailer and the wireless carrier over pricing.

I don't know if it's true or not; but the Pro doesn't appear on their website.

Best Buy's DROID 2 Global and Pro recall debunked by Verizon
"Fast forward several hours and another report has surfaced that debunks this recall. Phone Scoop contacted Verizon for an official statement and spokesperson Brenda Rainey had this to say about the Best Buy situation:
“We can’t speak for Best Buy — but both the Droid Pro or the Droid 2 Global are popular sellers. How they manage their inventory is their business but there are no recalls on those devices.”
So there. There is no official recall by Verizon on the stock. If Best Buy stops listing them there are other possibilities, such as the stock running out or the stock running short. Which is likely what you get if you price low.I am @guamguy on Twitter.

Drillbit, again I don't know what the story is, (and don' t really care); but in the past when BB is out of something that's a current model, it will be listed as out of stock, not totally non-existent on the system.

Four days later, Best Buy is still not offering these devices.

My guess probably has something to do with the ongoing Droid 2 Global OTA bug swat. Or simply said, saving the inventory for another time period. A price dispute is not likely given Amazon is selling the phones cheaper than Best Buy.

As expected the Droid Pro also now has a bug swat OTA fix.
