The new BlackBerry Style 9670 simply delivers. This smartphone is small, powerful, slick, and feature laden.

It combines the power and productivity of a BlackBerry Bold with the recently-released BlackBerry OS 6.0 in a clamshell design that manages to be stylish despite sporting a form factor that's largely fallen out of fashion.

The Style is currently available exclusively in the U.S. from Sprint for $100 with a two-year contract.

I think this will prove popular with the young folks, who are mostly about messaging and SN, anyway. If they already bought Pearls and Pearl Flips, this is bound to be a draw. I do agree that they could have made better use of the space.

i have had my style for two days and all i have had is problems. first off my phone speaker and earpeice just up and quit followed bymy camera quiting and then the icing on the cake was when i plugged it in to my computer using blackberry desktop software and it asked for my code i entered it and it went away on my phone then asked for it on my computer entered the exact same code on my number pad and it didnt work tried nine times and it locked me out and completely wiped my phone! i had just finished inputing contacts and pictures and ringtones and all of it gone. i had plugged it in to back it up so if that ever did happen or i had to change phones id be fine. now its not all bad i love the fact that you can use mp3's as ringtones and its messaging system very nice. ive made beautiful calls with just one bar of service and it takes amazing quality photos allthough it doesnt offer your color photos like sephia and black and white negative so forth over all i really like this phone goin in tomarrow to get it replaced hope this one works

I think you just got a defective unit. Hopefully replacement will be the end of your problems. Although I don't have Blackberry service, I'm still using an old 8800 at the moment and it's still rock solid.
