Doesn't seem to affect the T|E2 I'm using. Could it be caused by a third-party application?Originally posted by Gekko

First of all, I was merely trying to point out the potential of an issue. I didn't want to come across as opinionated about the E2 as having a bad screen. The pictures were a meager attempt at trying to convey what I saw at the store and as I had already mentioned, it didn't work well. I'm also open to the possibility that it's just the color scheme, that it's a dud, or as Ed says, the reference to which I refer (T|E) is overly blue. I guess that got lost in the interptation of my post huh?Originally posted by jimn367

That sounds cool. The E|2 at the store can be yellow also because it's a floor model and is being abused....who knows?Originally posted by d-roC
The E2 that I have does not have a yellow tint. It is pure white, almost neutral. The TE I have is warmer, and the T5 I have is much cooler, with a bule tinge to it. I would guess that there are different screens going into these as normal for palmOne devices. But since it is early in the run, all of the yellow mightnot be weeded out just yet.

My diatribe was all meant in fun - like I said I had way too much coffee yesterday and my sarcasm tank was on full...
It's just every time a new Palm or PPC comes out, and it's been this way for years, there's always multiple threads on screen color,... and there are people that will have posts that say "I've returned 5 units because of the yellow screen issue..."
No offense meant and hopefully none taken

Left-handed user, right-handed flip cover
I'm left-handed. Does the E2 allow you to attach the flip cover to the right side instead of the left?
You right-handed folks typically pick up the stylus and flip the cover to the left in one movement - but for a lefty, that's not so good.

Really? I've read plenty on PSP dead pixels which in fairness, some of those ppl seemed to be complaining about insignificant problems. I haven't heard anything about "yellow screens" and such, and i've been on these forums since the T|E got released.Originally posted by jimn367

Sorry, 90% of us are right handers, just like how 90% of us are Windows users. So if you're a right hander, then you're a windows user and vice versa..... hahahahahahahahahahahahaOriginally posted by BlairMartin

I love my e2 but.....my screen is now broken, the digitizer is intact. Where can I get a screen for it? I have my own electronics shop but have not been able to source the screen. Can somebody help me. A part number cross reference something?
