YAWN-ISH
There's a great video floating around out there that shows this thing in action. Aside from a small problem understanding a voice-command, things looked pretty slick...
The official release from Motorola happened today:

Cool, but cool enough? Me thinks not...

This is really cool. If it's reliable, has good reception and has EDGE/BT1.2 it will be everything I could want in a phone.
Love it that BT keyboard works iwth PDA and this phone.

If that's true what is says (the phone is ready but they won't release immediately because carriers want to deplete their MPX200 stock), then that's bullcrap. I didn't get the 200 because of the number of flaws it has. Now they want to sucker as many people as they can into getting the less capable 200. How greedy can they get?

Re: Motorola MPx220 Now Expected in Q3
The Flash movie that chaolin2007 pointed us to showed an MPx220 running the second edition. It also appeared that the device took 45 seconds to boot. Is that normal for a Windows smartphone?Originally posted by Ed
This model will run Windows Mobile 2003 for Smartphone. It is believed this won't be the Second Edition of this operating system, which was released by Microsoft a few months ago.

I hope the mpx220 is coming out soon.
However, I think one shouldn't take this "press release" from msmobiles.com too seriously, and really believe it is from Motorola.
The guy who runs that site is a known lunatic and fabricator. He likes to invent "facts" and pass them off as truth.
Look at his many idiotic posts on the newsgroup microsoft.public.smartphone.
Would Motorola really publish a press release with such poor English as you see in that "press release"? "All Kinds of Clever"???????
Why would a PR be leaked only to that idiotic site? Why doesn't it appear on any Motorola site?
