Errrrr.... Actually it isn't.

If you look at Dell's pricing page, the price is 320 pounds.
If you tick the option for "Wireless LAN only (without Bluetooth)", then 35 pounds (plus VAT) is subtracted from the standard price giving the 279 pounds that you report

Usual Dell trick of advertising the price as "From...." X-amount, where the use of the word "From" is Dell-speak for "providing you select all the hidden discount boxes on the order page"

On the otherhand ?320 IS a good price for a 802.11 Bluetooth PPC.
