Though the smartphone from Danger has generated a lot of interest, especially for its low cost, some have held back hoping for a color version. Fortunately for these people, the company confirmed last week it is definitely going to release one.

I have seen the color RIM device in Cannes at the 3GSM show last week, and let me tell you, it makes a WORLD of difference compared to their actual (yucky) monochrome screen !

I had a monochrome Blackberry for some time, and the screen was really unimpressive.... Now, with their new color screen, I think they stand a chance to capture some more of the hi-end PDA market.
