    Try TCPMP. It's arguable the best. A little feature-rich, but you don't need to know what most of them do.

    TCPMP v0.72RC1 v0.72 freeware for Windows Mobile Phone.

    I was always frustrated with DivX on my TP2 and completely gave up. (see Video on the HTC Touch Pro2). I usually used Handbrake's iPhone setting to convert my videos.
