Access contacts from Home Screen and use quick dial.
Here are a couple of tips for WinMo:
1. From the Home Screen, you can bring up a particular contact just by typing their name. On the TP2, this means sliding out the keyboard, but it's still a nice feature.
2. From the Phone app, you can dial contacts by typing their name. The example I saw was where someone put 'Mom' in the nickname field. When they wanted to call mom, they just dialed 666.

Hey, that's pretty cool - Thanks!
Continuing on from my previous comment about your information sharing the past couple of days, all I can say is: You're really full of i.... Errr... nformation this weekend!
Oh, and the "mom" sequence is awfully funny. I don't think I'll point that out to my own DSM, but now I'm gonna giggle every time I call her!
Somedays it's not even worth chewing through the restraints...
I should only have to LET the technology work for me. If I have to MAKE the technology work for me, it's not a tool - It's a boat anchor. And I've got better things to do than manage boat anchors, especially if I don't have a boat.
