SE updates are out for the Toshiba e405 and e805 only (as of now). Also, Dell is selling the X30 with SE.

Here is an email that JUST I got from HP support.

    Dear HP Customer,

Thank you for contacting HP eServices.

This is with reference to your e-mail regarding Windows Mobile 2003( Pocket PC 2003)upgrade for your iPAQ.

Please note that the release of Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition is the whole and sole responsibility of Microsoft. We (Pocket PC eResponse Team) at HP have not received the ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) for the release of Pocket PC 2003 SE.

Through our resources, we were able to find out that it is compatible with the iPAQ. However, it is not sure, since Microsoft has officially not announced anything about Pocket PC 2003 SE. Once released, and if compatible with your iPAQ, it will be available for download in the link given below.

We hope the above information addresses your concern to your satisfaction.

    Thank you,

    HP eServices
