    Here's the hourglass. Unfortunantly the background is black (although I can easily change it to white if desired). I don't know how to make it transparent... can anyone figure this out?

    I don't think you can. It's just my gif's above that are transparent. The actual wait block has white in the "empty" areas.

    Bitmap format = no transparent background possible.
