Here's another little fun guy. I got the idea because I put a Calvin and Hobbes theme on, then decided "HEY! I can make my wait symbol match my background theme"

CharlyV: I have a request. Could you add an icon to the "show wait symbol" exe? It looks so ugly when on the today screen (using a program launcher). How about making its icon the standard wait symbol (obviously not animated, but either all the way full or 3/4 full, whichever looks better in your opinion)?

    WM2003 version

1.) copy the !Waits.exe in your Windows folder.
2.) copy the Waits.exe in any folder do you want.
    3.) start Waits.exe ( with Icon Group )

OK folks, now it is official.

!Wait works with any WM2003 OS language.

If you use another WM2003 OS language as English make following :

1.) Take a look in your PPC Registry :
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\MUI]SysLang
    or
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\MUI]CurrLang

Notice the available DWORD Data value.

    Here an example :
If you have a German version of the WM2003 you have following
    value > 407
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\MUI]SysLang > 0x407

2.) Rename now the installed gwes.exe.409.mui which you can find in your Windows folder in gwes.exe.407.mui

    3.) Softreset

    4.) Finish

It works with all languages like Spanish, German, French, Italian, Chinese etc.

Thanks ctitanic, for your help !
