I've never owned a PDA...
I'm a CS major and also do web/database work as an internship. Would a PDA be a good tool for me? What do you guys use them for?
If I were to get one I am thinking about the Ipaq 4355 with the thumboard. However, the Toshiba with the 480x640 screen looks quite tempting... but expensive.
Please offer up any opinions or ideas.
Thanks, Justin

Do you do anything with IP address, especially subnetting? A PDA will help greatly i you do. If there's anything you'd like to with your PDA, do a search for it, maybe someone wrote it. I bet there are color to hex programs that'd help you if you made web pages.
When I interned in a computer lab, the only thing I used mine for was keeping track of my hours (using Pocket Excel) and playing games to fight off boredom.
