I have a problem with hacked software. I am not afraid to say it. I just want newcomers who don't read the whole thing to know that they have to hack the exe file to get the software to work. Something most developers don't intend on. srs specifically asked that no hacked exe's be posted meaning to get it to work you have to hack it yourself.Originally posted by Blazingwolf

Yes. I was trying to protect this thread from being closed from the likes of me. I have no problem stating that.
The only thing that can be said on topic in this thread is that is was a great piece of software when it worked.- Current: Treo 700wx (Verizon); 2gb SD

No, it most certainly is not. Someone is now a hacker if they change the date on their PocketPC?Originally posted by ooosadface

Maybe you are the one that should go back to read the posts. I am not advocating that someone do this. I am not saying that it is right to do. I am just stating the facts about it. I'm sorry but you can make the software work without hacking it.
Also, go back and read my post about the license agreement, or more accurately, the lack of license agreement. There was no click through license agreement to agree to before downloading/using TP. Nobody agreed NOT to use it after it expired. Now, I know you are going to flip out and start crying more about what I've said but before you do, I want you to know that I am just stating the facts, not what is morally right or wrong.-Cratos

I've read the posts and know that the author of the software has not changed his stance since responding to you on the links I provided. I don't need anything else to state good, bad, right or wrong.- Current: Treo 700wx (Verizon); 2gb SD

Again, my statement is a statement of fact not of morality. There was no license agreement. Obviously, it is up to the particular user if he/she wants to continue to use the software. If you think it is wrong, then don't use it. Legally, anyone can still use it because of the absence of a license agreement. That is all I am saying.Originally posted by ooosadface
