Default "Find contact on map" in Streets03?

I seem to recall being able to tap and hold on a contact and an option came up which allowed me to find said contact with Pocket Streets 2002. With 2003 installed, the option's gone. Any ideas?

    Lightbulb That option...

...works on my iPAQ 3835 running Pocket Streets 2003...

You do have the map open right?
When you tap-n-hold on the contact, do you see the Find On Map option in the popup window?
You are running Pocket Streets 2003, correct?

You may have too many submenus buried so that they
don't appear or show. You will have to install PimExtTools
in order to see the rest of your context menus.

Alternatively, you can also ADD the "Find on Map" with
    MAP IT!

hmm... i just hardreset and started over on my ppc and this time around i don't see the find on map either. I have streets 2002 but i swear it was there before...

one other thing i noticed that is new is PRINT. I don't remember seeing that there... let's me print my contacts. Is that from the HP mobile printing plug-in?

    Lightbulb With Pocket Streets 2002...

...you have to install the Outlook Integration update in order to get the Find On Map functionality...

    http://www.microsoft.com/pocketstree...ng/outlook.htm

    Edit...

    The Pocket Streets page...

    http://www.microsoft.com/pocketstreets/

...states that, and this is in reference to the Outlook Integration update...

    * Note: Users who loaded Pocket Streets from MapPoint, Streets & Trips or AutoRoute versions need to download the Update for these features to work.
I don't have the update listed in my ActiveSync Add/Remove Programs list, so I believe the Outlook Integration is built-in to Pocket Streets 2003...Hmmm...

    Default Problem solved!

Well, I followed the 2002 update link, and it wouldn't install. So, I got Microsoft on the phone; his suggestion--uninstall and then reinstall from the S&T2003 CD--worked fine, and the option is back. Hooray!
