Most cheap or free database utils would be fine for something like this.
Depending on what you get, you may have the option of getting a desktop app that will convert the file to MS Access, or .CSV, or .TXT files so you could use them in other apps.

Considering there is no cardfile compatible program on either W2K or XP, I highly doubt there is a version for PPC. A quick google search shows the following page - Cardfile Data Conversion .
Check out google - lowers frustration levels nearly as well as a 6 of Sam Adams
Good luck -David

Can you save the file as a CSV?
I know it's basically a text formatted file, it's been many years since I used it though, so I can't remember how that file looked.
Now might be the time to convert it into a normal database format, then you can export to CSV and use it in the greater majority of programs.

Very true Dev. I didn't say it wouldn't work, just that it doesn't come with the new OSs. If they are not actively working on the code, who's going to port over a copy?Originally posted by Dev1702

There are options for you to use, just that none of them directly involve the native Cardfile program.
Good luck! -David

Couldn't you use something like FlexWallet to create separate "cards" for different items?Originally posted by Dev1702
