    Default Looking for Cartoon Drawing Program

    Somewhere on the web or in a magazine I read about a program that allows you to draw cartoons on your PPC. If you draw enough of them you can animate them. (kind of like the little animated stick figures some of us used to draw in the corners of books) Who, me!?!

    Can someone point me in the right direction.
