Having just had to go through a hard reset event on my EM-500, here's what went back on my machine. I figure the order I put things back on my PPC indicates the level of importance:

1 - WISBAR
2 - Transcriber
3 - Dashboard
4 - HanDBase
5 - Peacemaker
6 - PHM Registry Editor
7 - Palm Reader

I'm not a big gamer but here are some things that I will kill time with (you will note that these are free games, I've yet to buy game for my EM-500)

Doom
CEGG (Sega GameGear emulator)
Reversi
PacMan
Hearts
Freecell
Cubicle Chaos
