Angry The SQ calendar is eating my lunch!

Old guy - When I hit the lower rh corner, the calendar window pops up - see image below - but I don't see a wrench...

    Smile SQ wrench

Thex - yea I had that problem too at first. You need to get the calendar 2.4 update (you probably grabbed the 0.4 first, as I did too). The update has the wrench.

Actually, there are two versions of the calendar: the 'light' version 0.4 and the 'normal' version 2.4. Like Oldguy said, you need the other one 2.4. Use http://world.altavista.com/tr to translate the page and find the right version and any other plugins you may want, then go back to the Japanese version of the page and download them.

    Default more on sq

    wahoo! that worked..

NOW (isn't there always one) how do I use a jpg instead of a bmp as a background image

(as a sidenote - I have a LHA file extractor that only works at the command prompt - anyway to get it to work through winzip??)

You can use jpgs the same way as you do bmps, but they can't be progressively encoded ( whatever that is ) anymore, so you have to save them as a bmp with MS Paint if they are. The only problem with that is they are bigger.

I just use Tascal LHA, which is a free LHA program that runs on the PPC: http://www2r.biglobe.ne.jp/~tascal/d...etpc/lha_e.htm

I like to keep mine nice, simple, and free.

I'm using TDlauch, TodaysInfo, Calendar+, and wisbar.

Anyone know of a freeware Task Viewer that list some task on your today screen?

Technogeek, I have all those same programs except for calendar+ and I'm wondering how did you set a background image and remove the border beneath the tdlauncher icons? thanx
