    Question

Well, I just received my new E-125 to replace my E-105 that died the other day. I'm still getting use to the new interface, and have most things figured out, but I'm a little stumped by the PocketPC E-mail application.

Initially, I was able to see my e-mail in the Inbox application after syncing up. Then I set up a "Service" to be able to use dial-up (Earthlink) on the road next week via my Pretec CompactModem.

Suddenly, I can't see my e-mail anymore. There is no "Inbox" or any other subfolder in my Activsync folder in the Pocket Outlook application, but there is an "Inbox" subfolder (as well as "Deleted", "Outbox" and "Sent") under my Earthlink folder. I discovered that I can see my e-mail again in the Activesync folder if I delete my "Earthlink" service, but I can't imagine that Pocket Outlook wants me to recreate a Service every time I travel. What am I missing? Any help is greatly appreciated.

When you create a new service, you can switch between that and Activesync mail by clicking on the name of the service on the top left corner.

There should be + signs in front of both Activesync and the new service. It is a known Casio bug that sometimes the + doesn't show. Just click right in front of the name of the service, and the folder list should expand. You'll find you can see both Activesync and ISP Inbox messages this way.

    Good luck!
