There are a few programs that come standard with Pocket PC that I never use:
Excel, Money, Picture Viewer, MS Reader, PV Splash
Is there anyway to remove these program. It is ashame because I'm sure they take up alot of memory and I never use them (unless they are in ROM??)
Thanks!

Good News and Bad News:
bad news:
can't remove word, excel or reader
They're in ROM. (I don't know about PV- it's not on my Casio)
good news:
The space they take can't be used for other apps or storage, so they're freebies.
Besides, they're the reason most of us bought pocketPCs in the first place."Viva Las-agna....."

If they really bug you, just delete the shortcuts. That way you'll only see them if you go into \Windows. You can't change ROM file properties either, so they stay.
To delete shortcuts ('.lnk' files) use File Explorer to browse to \Windows\Start Menu, and its subfolders, and tap&hold any shortcut. Tap 'Delete'. Done. Of course, unless you want to make new shortcuts later (not that difficult with something like 'ftpView', or Activestink), maybe it would be better to put them in some obscure folder somewhere for later re-insertion. Or go to Start\Settings\Menus and un-check any offending boxes. That's the easiest.
