I have an ethernet cradle . The palm has a tcp http program running.
When I put a datascope on the PalmIIxe to the cradle serial connection I see an exchange of hex(00) Then a large packet of data from the cradle ( 1000+ bytes). A couple of exchanges then a packet to supply the server then the GET to request the file folowed by the server's reply ( html code)
The ethernet packets are formed correctly on the network side of the cradle and work just fine.
Does anyone have any documentation on the serial messaging that is going on between the Palm IIxe and the cradle. It seems to be extremely bloated in the establishment phase of the serial connection to the ethernet cradle.
